NetHere Web Hosting
NetHere bills in monthly increments from the date of sign up and order processing.
We accept Master Card, Discover, Visa, and American Express for method of payment. For term agreements (annual prepayment plans) check, money order or cash is accepted.

Automated credit card or check debit processing will be automatically renewed on your Account expiration date, unless account is cancelled 72 hours in advance of the expiration date. If cancellation request has not been confirmed prior to 72 hours, NetHere Inc is not responsible for auto processing charges, and customer agrees to accept responsibility with bank or credit card company. There is a $20.00 service charge for each returned check.

Delinquent accounts will be placed on "hold" and may not be used until the account is brought up to date. Once account is placed on "hold" NetHere Inc cannot guarantee a users mail or other files will be unaffected.

Non-renewed accounts that are unpaid after 14 days will be deleted. Deleted/terminated accounts may be reinstated upon payment of any outstanding charges. There will be a $10 reactivation fee to reinstate a terminated account. Interruption of accounts does not relieve you from past due charges. After termination of account NetHere Inc does not guarantee reservation of previous login. NetHere Inc is not responsible for loss of data in regards to web pages or mail files.

Should a customer want to change their billing method they can send an E-mail to customercare@nethere.com with their request change. Please be sure to include your phone number and the best time for a customer care agent to call you back.

Upgrading / Downgrading your Package
If you decide to upgrade or downgrade your account to a different hosting plan, a new setup fee will be required. However, we will apply any unused monthly service fees to the new pro-rated charges. Your renewal date will stay the same.

Web Hosting Refund Policy
Our NetHere web Hosting Packages come with our NetHere satisfaction guarantee along with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your plan, you will be given a full refund of the designated contract amount withholding any setup fees related to the account.

Web Site Restoration
Upon your request and under limited circumstances, NetHere may be able to restore the files for a restoral fee that is equal to the greater of the cost for the time and materials involved in the restoration or $150.00. In some cases restoration may involve a time frame of 24 hours to until files can be restored. If you require this service, please send an email to webmaster@nethere.com.
